Purpose :
Nowadays the fact that systems including software are becoming much more larger and complicated, because of the rapid technological innovation, leads to the increasing importance of software.
Systems used in the field of space, aircraft, nuclear energy, and railroad are significantly critical.
It is the techniques to develop, maintenance, and use software that the key to construct a safety and a high-reliable system in those fields.
The purpose of this workshop is to make progress of the techniques concerning to the critical software by providing the opportunity to exchange information between engineer and academic, and by accelerating the interchange of personnel beyond the fields.
